This is a waist cincher/corset crocheted from dark green acrylic yarn with a lacing of lighter green ribbon. It has a cute ruffle at the bottom.
It's 32" (81.3 cm) long and 8" (20.3 cm) high including the ruffle. To give you an idea of how it fits, I modeled it; I had about a 40" waist at the time I modeled it, and as you can see there's a gap. I'd say the smallest size that could wear this is a 32" waist (anything much smaller and it would be too large), and it can go larger that 32" because of the lacing; just keep in mind that if you have a larger waist, it'll have a gap in the lacing.
This isn't boned, but lacing it up does give a cinching quality (at least to my size waist!).
